SANDHILLS 313 A BEAUTIFUL LUXURY 8 BERTH COUNTRY COTTAGE HOLIDAY CARAVAN ON THE BUTLINS SKEGNESS SITE

Our caravan sleeps 8 comfortably. Unlike a standard caravan it has a central lounge which means that you have a master bedroom with En-suite at one end of the caravan then the kitchen & lounge separating you from the two other bedrooms & shower at the opposite end of the caravan.

The master bedroom is En-suite with its own shower & toilet, heated towel rail, central heating & hairdryer.

There are two twin bedrooms at the other end of the caravan both of which can be pushed together to make doubles, these are also central heated (the heating units are on the ceiling so that they are completely child friendly).

There is a second shower & toilet located at this end of the caravan. The final bed is a fully sprung pull out bed that opens into the lounge.

The spacious lounge has a 32 ” Colour TV, a DVD player & free view. There is a gas fire and open aspect to the kitchen/diner.

The kitchen has a dining room table & 4 chairs, range cooker, microwave, toaster & sandwich toaster, fridge, kettle, CD player & a fitted water filter.

French doors open out on to a 20ft by 8ft veranda with a table & chairs supplied for you if you wish to sit outside.

The caravan is situated on a corner plot with parking . The caravan is screened on one side with shrubs & trees making it quite private without feeling secluded. You are approximately a five minute walk to the main butlins facilities.
